TAGPEP TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Effective Date: June 9, 2026
Last Updated: June 9, 2026
These Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale, referred to as the “Terms,” govern access to and use of TagPep.com, associated webpages, content, communications, accounts, ordering functions, products, services, and any related digital properties operated under the TagPep name, collectively referred to as the “Site” or “Services.”
In these Terms, “TagPep,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the operator of TagPep.com. “You,” “your,” and “user” refer to any visitor, customer, purchaser, account holder, organization, institution, laboratory, researcher, or other person accessing or using the Site.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important provisions concerning eligibility, research-use restrictions, warranties, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, mandatory individual arbitration, waiver of jury trial, and waiver of class or representative proceedings.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting information, checking an acceptance box, placing an order, purchasing a product, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by:
- These Terms;
- The TagPep Privacy Policy;
- The TagPep Disclaimer;
- Any product-specific notices, restrictions, acknowledgments, or policies presented before purchase;
- Any additional terms incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree, do not access the Site, create an account, or purchase any product.
If you access the Site or place an order on behalf of a laboratory, institution, company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. In that situation, “you” includes both you individually and the entity you represent.
2. Eligibility and Authority
You may use the Site and purchase products only if:
- You are at least 21 years old;
- You have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement;
- You are not prohibited from receiving the products under applicable law;
- You are acting for a lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, institutional, or scientific research purpose;
- You have the qualifications, facilities, equipment, procedures, and knowledge necessary to safely receive, store, handle, use, transfer, and dispose of the products;
- You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or acting on behalf of a jurisdiction or person subject to applicable sanctions or trade restrictions;
- Your use of the Site and products will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, institutional rules, and safety requirements.
TagPep may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, identity, payment authorization, intended research use, destination, or compliance. We may refuse, suspend, or cancel access or an order if verification is incomplete or unsatisfactory.
3. Research-Use Restrictions
All research peptides, compounds, reagents, materials, diluents, solvents, accessories, and related products sold through TagPep are supplied exclusively for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or scientific research.
Unless TagPep expressly states otherwise in a legally compliant written notice applicable to a specific product, products are:
- For laboratory research use only;
- Not for human use;
- Not for veterinary use;
- Not for human or animal consumption;
- Not for injection, administration, ingestion, inhalation, implantation, topical application, or use in or on a person or animal;
- Not for compounding;
- Not for diagnostic or therapeutic use;
- Not intended to prevent, diagnose, mitigate, treat, or cure any disease or condition;
- Not drugs, medications, biologics, medical devices, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements;
- Not represented as sterile, endotoxin-free, pyrogen-free, pharmaceutical-grade, clinical-grade, or suitable for administration unless an express written statement applicable to the exact product and lot says otherwise.
The appearance of a product in a vial, bottle, cartridge, ampoule, syringe-compatible container, kit, or other packaging does not indicate that it is suitable for injection or administration.
Any water, solvent, diluent, preservation solution, reconstitution material, or accessory offered through the Site is supplied only for lawful laboratory research and is not offered for injection or administration.
4. Purchaser Representations and Warranties
By purchasing or possessing a TagPep product, you represent and warrant that:
- The purchase is for lawful research only;
- You will not use or permit use of the product in or on any human or animal;
- You will not consume, inject, administer, prescribe, dispense, compound, or recommend the product for personal, medical, veterinary, therapeutic, cosmetic, or diagnostic use;
- You will not use product names, packaging, documentation, or content to promote unauthorized human or veterinary use;
- You will not resell, redistribute, transfer, relabel, repackage, or provide the product to any person who may use it unlawfully;
- You will comply with all storage, handling, hazard-control, disposal, import, export, and institutional requirements;
- You have independently evaluated the legality and suitability of the intended research application;
- You are not relying on TagPep for legal, medical, veterinary, scientific, regulatory, or safety advice;
- All information submitted to TagPep is complete, accurate, current, and not misleading.
These representations are material conditions of every transaction. TagPep would not sell or provide products without them.
5. No Medical, Veterinary, Scientific, or Legal Advice
The Site and all product information, articles, graphics, descriptions, FAQs, reports, laboratory documents, references, customer communications, social-media content, and educational materials are provided for general product-identification and research-reference purposes only.
Nothing provided by TagPep constitutes:
- Medical or veterinary advice;
- A diagnosis;
- Prescribing information;
- Dosage or administration guidance;
- Injection or reconstitution instructions;
- A treatment protocol;
- A representation of safety or effectiveness;
- Scientific consultation;
- Legal or regulatory advice;
- A recommendation to purchase or use a product for a personal purpose.
Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking assistance because of anything appearing on the Site.
TagPep customer support may assist with administrative matters such as order status, inventory, shipping, product identification, or available documentation. Customer support does not provide guidance concerning dosing, administration, injection, treatment, personal use, or use in humans or animals.
6. Product Information and Availability
We attempt to present accurate product names, quantities, descriptions, images, batch information, prices, availability, and documentation. However:
- Information may contain errors, omissions, delays, or inaccuracies;
- Product images may be illustrative and may not show the exact batch, packaging, label, color, fill level, physical appearance, or dimensions received;
- Packaging, labeling, suppliers, specifications, testing methods, documentation, and availability may change;
- Product color, texture, volume, or appearance may vary between batches;
- Website availability does not guarantee that inventory is physically available;
- We may correct errors or withdraw products without notice;
- No description creates a warranty beyond nonwaivable rights imposed by law.
You are responsible for reviewing the product page, quantity, format, restrictions, batch information, documentation, and order details before purchase.
7. Analytical Testing and Certificates of Analysis
Some qualifying products or batches may be supported by third-party analytical reports or Certificates of Analysis, referred to as “COAs.”
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Testing applies only to the sample submitted to the laboratory;
- A result does not necessarily establish the condition of every vial or unit from a batch;
- A purity percentage does not establish sterility, endotoxin status, pyrogen status, safety, efficacy, suitability for administration, or absence of every contaminant;
- Testing is limited to the methods and analytes described in the report;
- Reports may contain laboratory, transcription, sampling, or interpretation errors;
- A report for one batch does not apply to another batch;
- Customers must compare the lot or batch number on the product with the report;
- Third-party laboratories are independent entities whose work TagPep does not control;
- TagPep does not guarantee that every product or batch will have a COA;
- Analytical documentation is not medical, clinical, or regulatory approval.
Any claim regarding identity or purity must be interpreted within the scope and limitations of the applicable analytical method.
8. Accounts and Account Security
You may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;
- Prevent unauthorized access;
- Notify TagPep promptly of suspected compromise;
- Accept responsibility for activity conducted through your account.
TagPep may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, policy violations, chargeback misuse, misrepresentation, or risk to TagPep or others.
We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to secure your account.
9. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation only acknowledges receipt of an order. It does not constitute acceptance.
An order is accepted only when TagPep expressly accepts it or transfers the applicable products to the carrier. We may reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel any order before acceptance for reasons including:
- Inventory limitations;
- Pricing or description errors;
- Payment concerns;
- Suspected fraud;
- Research-use concerns;
- Destination restrictions;
- Sanctions or export concerns;
- Excessive quantities;
- Resale concerns;
- Prior policy violations;
- Inability to verify eligibility;
- Regulatory or business risk.
If we cancel an order after payment but before shipment, the applicable payment will ordinarily be refunded to the original payment method, subject to fraud review and processing delays.
10. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice.
You are responsible for:
- The product price;
- Shipping and handling charges;
- Taxes;
- Customs duties;
- Brokerage charges;
- Import fees;
- Financial-institution charges;
- Other legally applicable amounts.
You authorize TagPep and its payment processors to charge the payment method submitted for all amounts associated with the order.
We may use third-party payment processors and fraud-prevention providers. TagPep generally does not directly receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payment is processed by a third party.
11. Fraud, Payment Disputes, and Chargebacks
You agree to contact info@TagPep.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate a billing or fulfillment issue before initiating a chargeback, except where prohibited by law.
Submitting a knowingly false chargeback, false fraud claim, false nonreceipt claim, or materially misleading payment dispute may result in:
- Account termination;
- Cancellation of pending orders;
- Refusal of future transactions;
- Submission of evidence to payment processors;
- Recovery of products, fees, costs, or damages where permitted;
- Referral to appropriate authorities.
This section does not limit legitimate rights under applicable payment-card or consumer-protection law.
12. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may result from inventory review, payment verification, weather, carrier operations, customs, government action, holidays, address errors, or events beyond TagPep’s control.
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, deliverable address. TagPep is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or unauthorized address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, title and risk of loss transfer to you when the shipment is tendered to the carrier. Where applicable law requires a different point of transfer, that law controls.
Tracking marked “delivered” creates a rebuttable presumption of delivery. TagPep may require carrier documentation, photographs, identification, affidavits, or other evidence when reviewing a claim.
You are responsible for promptly retrieving and properly storing packages after delivery. TagPep is not responsible for deterioration, theft, weather exposure, temperature exposure, or damage occurring after delivery.
13. International Orders, Importation, and Export Controls
International availability does not mean that a product is lawful in every destination.
You are solely responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be:
- Purchased;
- Exported;
- Imported;
- Received;
- Possessed;
- Stored;
- Transferred;
- Used;
- Disposed of
in the destination jurisdiction.
TagPep does not guarantee customs clearance. Customs authorities may delay, inspect, seize, destroy, return, or refuse a shipment. Unless nonwaivable law requires otherwise, the purchaser bears customs, import, and destination risk.
You may not use the Site or products in violation of export-control, sanctions, anti-boycott, anti-money-laundering, or trade laws.
14. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Because research materials may be sensitive to storage conditions, tampering, contamination, substitution, or chain-of-custody concerns, products are generally not eligible for return after shipment.
Except where required by law or expressly approved by TagPep:
- All sales are final once shipped;
- Opened, punctured, altered, relabeled, temperature-exposed, or used products cannot be returned;
- Refused or unclaimed shipments may not qualify for a refund;
- Shipping, customs, taxes, and handling charges are nonrefundable;
- Return authorization is required before sending anything back.
If the wrong item was shipped or a product arrived visibly damaged, contact info@TagPep.com promptly and include the order information and clear photographs of:
- The shipping label;
- External packaging;
- Internal packaging;
- Product label;
- Lot number;
- Damage or discrepancy.
Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
Any remedy may be limited, at TagPep’s election and where legally permitted, to replacement, store credit, or refund of the affected item.
Nothing in this section eliminates nonwaivable rights under applicable law.
15. Product Storage, Handling, and Disposal
You are solely responsible for appropriate storage, handling, access control, protective equipment, facilities, research procedures, and disposal.
You must:
- Follow product-specific documentation;
- Prevent access by children and unauthorized persons;
- Prevent human and animal exposure;
- Use suitable laboratory controls;
- Observe applicable hazard and waste rules;
- Dispose of products and containers lawfully;
- Investigate product suitability independently.
TagPep is not responsible for harm caused by improper storage, contamination, mishandling, unauthorized access, unlawful use, transfer, or disposal.
16. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use products in or on humans or animals;
- Purchase products for personal administration or consumption;
- Seek or provide dosing, injection, treatment, or personal-use instructions through TagPep systems;
- Use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes;
- Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, institution, intended use, or destination;
- Resell products for unauthorized human or veterinary use;
- Relabel or market products as drugs, supplements, cosmetics, treatments, or products for administration;
- Circumvent age, eligibility, geographic, payment, account, or security restrictions;
- Scrape, harvest, copy, reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Site;
- Introduce malware or harmful code;
- Violate intellectual-property rights;
- Submit fraudulent reviews, claims, reports, or chargebacks;
- Impersonate TagPep or falsely imply affiliation;
- Use Site content to train commercial artificial-intelligence systems without written permission;
- Engage in conduct that creates legal, safety, reputational, or operational risk.
17. Reviews, Submissions, and User Content
If you submit a review, comment, photograph, suggestion, message, or other content, you represent that it is truthful, lawful, based on genuine experience, and does not promote prohibited use.
You may not submit content containing:
- Human-use experiences;
- Injection or administration claims;
- Dosage information;
- Medical or therapeutic claims;
- False testing claims;
- Confidential information;
- Defamatory or infringing material;
- Undisclosed compensated endorsements;
- Manipulated or fabricated reviews.
You grant TagPep a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and use submitted content in connection with TagPep’s operations and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law.
TagPep may moderate or remove content but is not obligated to do so.
18. Intellectual Property
The Site and its logos, branding, designs, photographs, graphics, text, arrangement, software, databases, product presentation, and other content are owned by or licensed to TagPep and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access the Site for lawful personal or internal institutional purposes.
No right is granted to:
- Copy or reproduce Site content commercially;
- Use TagPep branding;
- Create confusingly similar branding;
- Register domains or accounts incorporating TagPep marks;
- Remove notices;
- Resell content;
- Create derivative commercial materials;
- Use content to suggest endorsement.
To report alleged infringement, contact info@TagPep.com with sufficient detail to identify the work, disputed material, location, ownership basis, and contact information.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or link to third-party providers, including payment processors, carriers, analytics companies, hosting providers, social networks, laboratories, affiliate partners, or external websites.
TagPep does not control and is not responsible for third-party:
- Availability;
- Content;
- Security;
- Privacy practices;
- Accuracy;
- Products;
- Acts or omissions.
Use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
20. Electronic Communications
By using the Site or submitting contact information, you consent to receive transactional electronic communications concerning accounts, orders, verification, security, policies, and customer support.
Marketing communications will be sent according to applicable law and available consent preferences. You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the available unsubscribe mechanism. Transactional or legally required communications may continue.
You agree that electronic records, notices, disclosures, checkboxes, and signatures satisfy legal writing and signature requirements to the extent permitted by law.
21. Site Availability and Changes
TagPep may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove any portion of the Site, product catalog, feature, account, content, or Service at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free access. Maintenance, outages, attacks, technical issues, legal restrictions, and third-party failures may affect availability.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, DOCUMENTATION, CONTENT, AND COMMUNICATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS.
TAGPEP DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- TITLE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT;
- ACCURACY;
- COMPLETENESS;
- RELIABILITY;
- QUALITY;
- SAFETY;
- STERILITY;
- EFFECTIVENESS;
- RESULTS;
- COMPATIBILITY;
- UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS;
- FREEDOM FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TAGPEP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR YOUR RESEARCH, THAT TEST RESULTS WILL BE REPRODUCIBLE, OR THAT PRODUCTS WILL MEET UNDISCLOSED REQUIREMENTS.
Certain jurisdictions do not permit some exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply.
23. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAGPEP AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS, LABORATORIES, PROCESSORS, CARRIERS, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND PERSONNEL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- INDIRECT;
- INCIDENTAL;
- SPECIAL;
- EXEMPLARY;
- PUNITIVE;
- CONSEQUENTIAL;
- ENHANCED;
- PERSONAL-INJURY;
- LOST-PROFIT;
- LOST-REVENUE;
- LOST-DATA;
- BUSINESS-INTERRUPTION;
- REPUTATIONAL;
- RESEARCH-FAILURE;
- SUBSTITUTE-PRODUCT;
- REGULATORY;
- CUSTOMS;
- STORAGE;
- MISUSE;
- THIRD-PARTY
DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, DOCUMENTATION, DELIVERY, OR THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF THEORY AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAGPEP’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TAGPEP FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
- ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.
The limitations apply collectively and not per incident.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TagPep and its owners, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, laboratories, processors, carriers, representatives, and personnel from claims, demands, investigations, losses, liabilities, penalties, judgments, settlements, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or related to:
- Your breach of these Terms;
- Your use, possession, storage, handling, transfer, resale, disposal, or misuse of a product;
- Human or veterinary use;
- Unauthorized administration or consumption;
- Your research activities;
- Your violation of law or institutional requirements;
- Your infringement of rights;
- False information or representations;
- Your user content;
- Your negligence, misconduct, or fraud;
- Claims brought by a person who obtains a product through you.
TagPep may control the defense of an indemnified matter. You may not settle a matter imposing liability or obligations on TagPep without written consent.
25. Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release TagPep from claims arising from disputes between you and:
- Carriers;
- Customs authorities;
- Payment processors;
- Laboratories;
- Other users;
- Resellers;
- Third-party websites;
- Persons to whom you transfer products.
This release does not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
26. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing arbitration or litigation, the complaining party must send a written notice to info@TagPep.com describing:
- The party’s name and account email;
- The order or transaction;
- The facts;
- The legal basis;
- The requested relief.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days after receipt.
Any limitations period is tolled during this 30-day process where required by law.
27. Binding Individual Arbitration
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Except for eligible small-claims matters and requests for temporary injunctive relief concerning intellectual property, security, fraud, prohibited use, or unauthorized human or veterinary use, disputes arising from or relating to the Site, products, Services, communications, transactions, or these Terms will be resolved through final and binding individual arbitration.
The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration provision.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable Consumer Arbitration Rules for individual consumers and its Commercial Arbitration Rules for business or institutional users. If the American Arbitration Association is unavailable, the parties will select a comparable administrator or a court may appoint one.
For an individual consumer:
- The hearing may occur remotely;
- Any in-person hearing will occur in a reasonably convenient location;
- Fees will be allocated under applicable rules and law;
- TagPep will pay fees it is legally required to pay.
The arbitrator may award individual relief available in court but may not consolidate claims or preside over a class, collective, coordinated, or representative proceeding except where nonwaivable law requires otherwise.
28. Class-Action and Jury-Trial Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND TAGPEP AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
YOU AND TAGPEP WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
If the class waiver is found unenforceable for a particular claim and that determination becomes final, that claim must proceed in court rather than class arbitration.
29. Mass-Arbitration Procedures
If 25 or more substantially similar arbitration demands are submitted against TagPep by or with coordinated counsel, the demands will be administered in staged batches of up to 25 cases unless prohibited by applicable law or administrator rules.
The parties will cooperate in selecting representative cases and engaging in good-faith mediation between batches. No provision prevents a claimant from pursuing an individual claim, but coordinated administration may be used to promote efficient and consistent resolution.
30. Arbitration Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration and class-waiver provisions by emailing info@TagPep.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms.
The email must include:
- Your full name;
- Your account email;
- The date of acceptance;
- A clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
Opting out will not affect other provisions. An opt-out applies only to the person who properly submits it.
31. Time Limit for Claims
To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within one year after the event giving rise to it or it is permanently barred.
This does not shorten a limitations period that cannot lawfully be shortened.
32. Governing Law
Except for the arbitration provision governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, these Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the state in which TagPep is legally organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
For claims not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to jurisdiction in a legally permissible court associated with TagPep’s state of organization, except where applicable law provides a nonwaivable forum right.
33. Suspension and Termination
TagPep may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, remove content, or refuse service when reasonably believed necessary to address:
- Breach;
- Fraud;
- Risk;
- Unlawful activity;
- Regulatory concern;
- Misuse;
- Chargeback abuse;
- Security threats;
- False representations;
- Prohibited human or veterinary use.
Provisions that logically should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, restrictions, intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law.
34. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date.
Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Dispute-resolution changes will not retroactively alter a dispute of which TagPep had actual written notice before the change.
35. General Provisions
If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder will remain effective.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign your rights without written consent. TagPep may assign these Terms in connection with restructuring, financing, acquisition, sale, or transfer of operations.
These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the complete agreement concerning their subject matter and supersede prior communications.
Headings are for convenience only.
