TAGPEP PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes how TagPep collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use TagPep.com, communicate with TagPep, create an account, place an order, or interact with related services.

However, no method of transmission, storage, or security is guaranteed. You provide information at your own risk and are responsible for protecting account credentials.

Notify info@TagPep.com promptly if you believe your account or personal information has been compromised.

10. Email and Marketing Choices

You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the unsubscribe link or contacting info@TagPep.com.

Even after opting out of marketing, TagPep may send nonpromotional messages concerning:

  • Orders;
  • Accounts;
  • Security;
  • Policies;
  • Legal notices;
  • Support;
  • Transactions.

11. Children and Minors

The Site is not directed to children.

TagPep does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Purchases are restricted to persons at least 21 years old.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact info@TagPep.com. We may delete the information after appropriate verification.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction and whether applicable legal thresholds are met, you may have rights to:

These rights are subject to exceptions, verification, and legal limitations.

13. How to Submit a Privacy Request

  • Privacy Deletion Request;
  • Privacy Correction Request;
  • Opt-Out Request;
  • Privacy Appeal.

Describe the request and identify the email associated with your account or transaction.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion. We will not request more information than reasonably necessary.

Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation.

14. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising Opt-Outs

TagPep does not sell personal information for monetary payment.

Some analytics or advertising activities may constitute “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws.

Where applicable, you may opt out by:

  • Using available cookie or privacy controls;
  • Sending an email to info@TagPep.com with the subject “Opt-Out Request”;
  • Using a legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism where supported and required.

Where legally required, TagPep will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal.

15. California Privacy Notice

If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to TagPep’s processing of your information, California residents may have rights to:

  • Know categories and specific pieces of personal information collected;
  • Know sources, purposes, and categories of recipients;
  • Delete information, subject to exceptions;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Opt out of sale or sharing;
  • Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
  • Receive nondiscriminatory treatment.

During the preceding 12 months, TagPep may have collected the categories described in this Policy and disclosed them for business purposes to the recipient categories described above.

TagPep does not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.

16. Other United States Privacy Rights

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other jurisdictions may have rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Where a right of appeal applies, email info@TagPep.com with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.

17. Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada residents may submit a request concerning covered sales of covered information by emailing info@TagPep.com with the subject “Nevada Privacy Request.”

18. International Users

TagPep is operated in the United States. If you access the Site from another country, information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other locations where service providers operate.

Those jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws.

By using the Site, you acknowledge such processing, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

19. Automated Decision-Making

TagPep and its providers may use automated tools to assess transaction, payment, account, sanctions, security, and fraud risks.

These tools may result in an order being held, declined, or reviewed. Where applicable law grants rights concerning qualifying automated decisions, requests may be submitted to info@TagPep.com.

20. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because no universal standard applies to all such signals, the Site may not respond to traditional Do Not Track signals.

Where legally required, recognized universal opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control will be handled as described above.

21. Third-Party Websites and Services

Third-party services are governed by their own privacy practices. TagPep is not responsible for a third party’s collection, security, use, or disclosure of information.

Review third-party policies before providing information.

22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

TagPep may update this Policy to reflect changes in practices, technology, services, or law.

The revised version will be posted with an updated effective date. Where legally required, additional notice or consent will be provided.
