TAGPEP AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

TagPep may publish educational content, product comparisons, recommendations, links, reviews, social-media posts, newsletters, or other materials that contain affiliate links, sponsored placements, discount codes, referral arrangements, or other compensated relationships.

1. Affiliate Relationships

An affiliate link is a link that may allow TagPep to receive a commission or other benefit if a user clicks the link, makes a purchase, registers, or completes another qualifying action.

This compensation may include:

  • Cash commissions;
  • Referral fees;
  • Free products;
  • Samples;
  • Discounts;
  • Credits;
  • Sponsorship payments;
  • Advertising fees;
  • Travel or event support;
  • Other benefits.

A commission ordinarily does not increase the price charged to the user, although pricing and terms are controlled by the third-party seller.

2. Clear Disclosure of Material Connections

When TagPep has a material connection that could affect how a reasonable person evaluates content, TagPep intends to provide a clear disclosure reasonably close to the relevant recommendation, endorsement, link, code, or content.

Examples may include:

  • “Affiliate link”;
  • “Sponsored”;
  • “Paid partnership”;
  • “TagPep may earn a commission”;
  • “Product provided without charge.”

This Affiliate Disclosure page supplements, but does not replace, disclosures placed within relevant content.

3. Editorial Independence

Compensation may influence which products, services, or links are available for discussion, but TagPep aims to distinguish advertising from editorial content.

Affiliate compensation does not guarantee:

  • A favorable review;
  • Inclusion;
  • Ranking;
  • Continued recommendation;
  • Exclusivity.

TagPep may modify or remove recommendations at any time.

4. No Guarantee or Endorsement

A link, mention, comparison, or recommendation does not guarantee that a third-party product or service is:

  • Suitable for you;
  • Legal in your jurisdiction;
  • Accurate;
  • Safe;
  • Effective;
  • Available;
  • High quality;
  • Compliant with law;
  • Appropriate for research.

You must independently evaluate third-party products, services, terms, privacy practices, and claims.

5. Third-Party Claims

Descriptions, prices, availability, specifications, promotions, shipping terms, warranties, and claims concerning third-party products are controlled by the applicable third party and may change without notice.

TagPep is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect third-party information;
  • Product performance;
  • Fulfillment;
  • Billing;
  • Returns;
  • Security;
  • Privacy;
  • Customer service;
  • Legal compliance;
  • Injury or loss.

Disputes concerning a third-party transaction must ordinarily be addressed with the third-party seller.

6. Research and Health-Related Content

Affiliate content must not be interpreted as medical, veterinary, legal, or scientific advice.

TagPep does not recommend research products for human or veterinary use, administration, injection, diagnosis, treatment, weight loss, physical enhancement, cosmetic use, longevity, or disease management.

Compensation does not convert research-reference information into medical guidance.

7. Product Samples and Gifts

TagPep may receive products, services, access, samples, or other benefits without charge.

Where the relationship is material to the content, TagPep intends to disclose it clearly.

Receipt of a free product does not guarantee coverage or a positive opinion.

8. Discount Codes

TagPep may provide discount or referral codes. Use of a code may result in compensation or another benefit to TagPep.

Codes may expire, change, be restricted, or be withdrawn by the third party. TagPep does not guarantee that a code will work.

9. Sponsored Content

Sponsored content is content for which TagPep receives compensation or another material benefit.

TagPep intends to label sponsored content using language reasonably understandable to the intended audience.

Sponsors may review content for factual information or brand requirements, but TagPep does not represent that sponsored content is independent research.

10. Social Media

Affiliate, sponsored, or gifted relationships may be disclosed in social-media content using clear language or platform tools, including terms such as:

  • Ad;
  • Sponsored;
  • Affiliate;
  • Paid partnership;
  • Commission earned;
  • Gifted.

A profile-level disclosure alone may not apply to every individual post. Users should review the disclosure accompanying the specific content.

11. Reviews and Rankings

Any review, comparison, list, or ranking reflects the information, criteria, and judgment available at the time of publication.

Commercial relationships may exist with some included companies and not others.

No ranking should be interpreted as an exhaustive market analysis or guarantee.

12. Changes and Corrections

Affiliate relationships, commission structures, third-party offers, and content may change.

TagPep may correct, update, or remove affiliate content without notice.
